April, 2009 Compliant Logistics launches unique automated load handling solutions to serve Getinge Terminal Sterilizers Following increasing demands for complete solutions around the sterilization process, Compliant Logistics and Getinge introduces a state of the art concept for product handling to enhance productivity with an integrated sterilization process. Today, the high demands in the medical industry of production efficiency, product quality, and personnel safety, all In Compliance, can be met by the application of automated material handling systems. The concept will provide our customers with enhanced operational efficiency from the design, installation, qualification and operation of a fully automated sterilization process. This will shorten the time for the start-up of a new production facility and promote productivity during the lifetime of the plant. Included in the new designs are an unique push/pull unit and an advanced rack system which easily can be adapted to manage products such as nested syringes, bags, bottles and misc. payload products.
The new concepts will be introduced at Achema in Frankfurt 11-15 May 2009. You are more than welcome to visit our team for further information. Together with Getinge Infection Control we are represented in Hall 3.1, Booth number H22-J31.
